After a rigorous applicant evaluation process, the NeuroID program’s principal investigators selected the newest members of the program’s 15th class. The undergraduate students who will join as new NeuroID members stood out for their drive and passion for science and research. Class 15 of NeuroID is composed of students from various universities.
The following members are students at the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras campus:
- Alina Vega Collazo, who will be researching alongside mentor Dr. Christian Bravo-Rivera
- Andrea García Quiñones, who will be researching alongside mentor Dr. Demetrio Sierra Mercado
- Carlos Alberto González Gerena, who will be researching alongside mentor Dr. Roberto Rodríguez
- Carolina García Guay, who will be researching alongside mentor Dr. Jorge Miranda
- Ema Sofía Abreu Guzmán, who will be researching alongside mentor Dr. Carlos Jimenez
- Myrelis S. García Hernández, who will be researching alongside mentor Dr. Tugrul Giray
- Vanelisse Adriana Rivera Marzan, who will be researching alongside mentor Dr. Christian Bravo-Rivera
